Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or delivery industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients to expand the company's customer base.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Promote and sell the company’s delivery services to businesses and individuals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to meet both customer and company needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics, courier, or delivery services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
