Purpose of the Role:

Fleet Specialists ensure the smooth and efficient daily on-ground operations of the company`s fleet of captains. The Fleet Specialist`s responsibilities include overseeing, supporting, motivating, and solving captain problems. Being in close contact with your On-ground Supervisors, fleet of captains, and optimizing processes and procedures to achieve maximum efficiency, utilization, and ensuring deliverables are met while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Acquire captains to meet business needs
  • Update and create onboarding material tailored to captains’ specific training.
  • Onboard and ensure that all captains are professionally trained and prepared prior to operating.
  • Interacting with clients on ground and answering questions related to daily supply of captains, immediate actions to resolve daily operational-related issues, and reporting any client issues to the account manager.
  • Accuracy in reports and updates to the fleet database
  • Managing fleet supervisor’s performance and compliance
  • Manage and implement new processes and procedures that ensure maximum efficiency standards are met regarding captain utilization and productivity.
  • Add, Review and check the earnings of the couriers.
  • Tracking and reporting on daily operational performance.
  • Participating in developing action plans.
  • Manage scheduling, attendance, and general administration of Info-Sessions while supporting daily operations through operational supervision and analysis of KPIs.


Qualifications & Required Skills

  • 1 : 3+ years of prior experience in courier operations, logistics, or any related fields.
  • Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast -pace setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills are required.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
