Purpose of the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Courier Onboarding Coordinator to facilitate the collaboration between our Supply and Operations teams. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that delivery agents are effectively onboarded, documented, and retained, while fostering clear communication between teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assignment and Communication Coordination: Serve as the central link between Supply and Operations teams, facilitating communication.
    Receive and manage assignment lists from supervisors and fleet specialists, ensuring accurate relay and
    documentation of new courier information.
  • Identify operational gaps and design standardized processes to address inefficiencies.
  • Hiring Dashboard Management: Maintain daily updates on the hiring dashboard, tracking the status of each new courier, including activation
    status, pending activation, or rejections.
    • Implement performance-enhancing strategies to streamline supply chain and fleet operations.
    • Churn Analysis and Reporting: Analyze churned couriers to identify patterns and reasons for early departures or non-starters, providing
      detailed feedback to the Operations and Supply teams.
      • Ensure the availability of couriers by working closely with the supply chain team to meet operational needs.
      • Exit Interviews: Conduct and record exit interviews for couriers leaving the organization, compiling insights from daily and
        weekly interviews for analysis and reporting.
        Export weekly summaries to identify trends and areas for improvement.
      • Courier Retention Initiatives: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement retention benefits, such as insurance and discounts, aimed
        at increasing courier satisfaction and reducing turnover.

      Qualifications & Required Skills

      • Familiarity in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization software)
      • Experience in performance monitoring, analysis, and process improvement.
      • Familiarity with logistics systems, courier tracking tools, or fleet management software.
      • Knowledge of supply chain workflows and KPI management.
      • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
      • Bachelor's degree in, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
      • Effective communication and coordination abilities to work across teams.
      • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
      • Familiarity with data management and workforce tracking tools is an asset.
      • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
