Responsibilities:
- Handle the hiring process of couriers, from initial contact to Signing the contract.
- Conduct phone calls, schedule and conduct interviews, and manage hiring document.
- Ensure all hiring tasks are completed efficiently and within designated timelines.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in a similar role or call center environment preferred.
